Last week saw the arrival of some of the world’s top windsurfers and kitesurfers to the newly discovered speed strip, in the town of Dungaravan, Co. Waterford. Organised by Irish speed sailor Martin Waldron, the event provided an ideal opportunity for some of Ireland’s top windsurfers and kitesurfers, to battle it out with the big names  for the European Speed titles.

Its party time yet again. The Galway event organisers have organised an event function at the Galway Bay Hotel in Salthill on Saturday September 12th at 8pm. A hot buffet will be available to everyone - two choices with Tea/ Coffee. The food will be served in the leather lounge. Action from the days racing will be shown. Kids are welcome also but must stay out of the main bar. Live music will take place in the bar.
